專家：可能同時感染多種病原體
2023年入冬以來，我國急性呼吸道傳染病呈現多種病原共同流行、流行峰值交替的特征。
Since the start of the winter, China has seen a rise in acute infectious respiratory diseases, with the prevalence of multiple pathogens amid the ebbs and flows of infection spikes.
當前流感疫情處于高發狀態，北京中醫藥大學原副校長劉銅華表示，人們可能重復感染一種病原體或同時感染多種病原體。
While influenza cases are currently at high levels, Liu Tonghua, former deputy president of the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, said that it is possible that people will see repeated infections of one or multiple pathogens simultaneously.

“冬季和春季通常是呼吸道疾病的高發季節，感染者康復后獲得的免疫力持續時間有限，且只能對抗之前感染過的病原體，對不同變異株仍有可能感染”
“此外，人們防御傳染性呼吸道疾病的能力可能會在多次感染后下降。”
"Winter and spring are usually peak seasons for respiratory diseases, and the natural immunity of recovered people can only work against the pathogens they overcome for limited durations. They may also contract illnesses from different pathogen variants," Liu said.
"In addition, people's ability to fight off infectious respiratory diseases may decline following repeated infections."
新冠疫情或出現一定程度回升
國家疾控局傳染病防控司司長雷正龍近日在國新辦發布會上表示，預計春節假期前后，受人群大規模流動等多種因素影響，新冠疫情可能出現一定程度的回升。
Lei Zhenglong, chief of the epidemic control and prevention division of the National Disease Control and Prevention Administration, said at a recent news conference that COVID-19 infections in China might rebound to a certain degree around the time of the Spring Festival holiday, due to a flurry of travel and large family gatherings.

不過，專家認為，由于中國強大的藥品生產能力，以及這次消費者不太可能出現搶購現象，因而全國范圍內不存在藥品短缺的威脅。
However, there is no danger of drug shortages nationwide, thanks to the country's pharmaceutical production capability and unlikelihood of panic buying among consumers, experts said.

中國疾控中心病毒病所國家流感中心主任王大燕建議高風險人群采取接種流感疫苗，保持良好的衛生習慣和生活方式，保持充足睡眠、充分的營養，還有適當的體育鍛煉等措施。在冬春季等流感流行季節，她還建議高風險人群盡量減少前往人群聚集的旅游景區和室內工作場所，如確需前往，需科學佩戴口罩。
Wang Dayan, director of the Chinese National Influenza Center at the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, suggested that high-risk groups of influenza infection take measures such as getting vaccinated, maintaining good hygiene habits and lifestyles, and having adequate sleep, nutrition and appropriate physical exercise.
She also suggested they reduce going to tourist attractions and indoor workplaces where crowds gather, or wear a mask correctly if they have to go to those places during flu season.

Meanwhile, Liu Tonghua, former deputy president of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, suggested that high-risk groups, such as the elderly, teenagers, those with weak immune systems who are prone to colds, and those in close contact with cold patients, can seek advice from TCM practitioners and take TCM treatments to improve their immunity.
